You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

For newborn-specific products (0–12 months), exchanges are accepted up to 6 months from the purchase date (items must be unused and in original packaging).

Items must be:

▫️ With original tags and packaging
▫️ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
🚫 Non-returnable items:

Underwear, socks, opened pajama sets (if unpackaged)

Baby food, hygiene & cosmetic products (if opened)

Personalized or custom-made items
💸 Refunds & Return Shipping

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and depend on your local postal rates.
