Return & Exchange Policy

🔁 Return & Exchange Terms

  • You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

  • For newborn-specific products (0–12 months), exchanges are accepted up to 6 months from the purchase date (items must be unused and in original packaging).

  • Items must be:
    ▫️ In new and unused condition
    ▫️ With original tags and packaging
    ▫️ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


🚫 Non-returnable items:

  • Underwear, socks, opened pajama sets (if unpackaged)

  • Baby food, hygiene & cosmetic products (if opened)

  • Personalized or custom-made items


💸 Refunds & Return Shipping

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and depend on your local postal rates.

  • If the return is due to a defect or our error, we will cover the return shipping.
